Property management and continuity go hand in hand with our concept of offering property administration. Continuity means that as administrators, we are aware of the property's "peculiarities" and know its residents. Through this, we can maintain and optimize the property's values, whether it is in terms of money, the unique community, or the special "atmosphere" of the property.

Our uncompromising goal is to be the obvious choice for property administration through competent advice and as an attractive partner – whether the focus is a homeowners' association, a cooperative housing association, private or institutional investors, property developers, courtyard associations, or landowners' associations. We believe in long-term cooperation. Anything else is not of interest to us, as we typically invest significantly more resources in the initial phase when taking on a new client.

This means that we can only achieve real profitability after two years of cooperation. Customer loyalty is therefore crucial, which is the essence of how we choose to handle our clients. Given that it can be extremely difficult for an individual client, including a housing association, to understand what is included and – not least – what is not included in a "standard" administration service, we have chosen to focus on what a client needs, and this is reflected in the size of our fee. We believe this is transparent, as the client can relate to an "honest" and transparent price rather than an enticing low price wrapped in kickback agreements, bulk customer discount schemes, and other price-distorting factors.

We believe that customer-oriented behavior makes sense and creates results! This has certainly been evident in the development of our revenue figures since 2005, when the company was founded by Per Beyer and Allan Wind.
